Build your own mimosa bar! Creating a cheerful mimosa bar is the perfect way to wow your guests at a shower or brunch. By simply adding contrasting colors to your juices and fruit garnish, you can offer new twists on a classic.I went with absolute easiest options of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries because they require no dicing at all. But, you can add in ever more color with diced mango, strawberries, kiwi and pineapple.
While traditional orange juice is delightful, I mixed it up by offering orange mango, white cran-strawberry, and cranberry-cherry. There are really so many options and you could even get creative with your own blend if you don’t find what you are looking for.
I added fresh flowers, including a gorgeous swag that hung over the pallet, and pink-iced donuts to add to the whimsical feel of the bar. With chalkboard calligraphy and a burlap runner, the entire scene was complete. Luckily, we’re about to have a sparkling wine at Burklee Hill Vineyards and I’ll update this post once it’s available. So, go ahead and build your own mimosa bar!
